As a co-founder, Sedale Saunders has 9 years of aerospace business development experience. Sedale began his career as a mechanical engineer before transitioning into air data system sales. His experience covers several sectors of an aerospace enterprise such as engineering, post-sales customer management and Profit & Loss ownership. He has had the pleasure to work in the following product families:
-Air Data Systems
-Flight Test Systems
-Aerospace & Defense Software Platforms
-Precision Explosive Device Systems
Sedale has expertise in progressing enterprise programs from top of funnel through development milestones for hardware and software teams, as well as promoting product expansion at the OEM. Sedale has worked within major OEMs such as Airbus, Boeing, Collins Aerospace, General Atomics, Elbit, Kratos, Lockheed Martin, and JPL. Industry experience within these OEMs include regional/business jets, UAVs, VTOL, general aviation, and jet fighters.

Tyler Genes is a 50% owned partner with aerospace business development experience starting in 2006. Tyler's experience started in military grade printed circuit board (PCB) sales. His business development experience encompasses many aerospace and weapons systems product types including:

-Electro Mechanical Actuation for Flight Control or Utility Systems
-Precision Explosive Device Systems
-PCB Electronics
Tyler has established a proven track record working from lead development though program management on large scale aerospace system development efforts. Tyler has worked within major OEMs such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Sikorsky, Leonardo, BAE, NASA and Space X. Industry experience within these OEMs include missile system, rotocraft, military drone systems, ground based radar and missile trucks, fighter jet and more.
